Started the health kick a couple of days early :-)

Couldn’t sleep (which is a bummer as we’re off on a day trip to Belgium at 6:30am) so decided to run through the initial set up (and day one) of the 200 situp, 200 squat and 100 push up programs.

I ache like buggery now so hopefully after a nice drink of cold water I’ll be able to flop into bed and get to sleep 😉
