200 Squat progress update

So I’ve actually managed to (semi) regularly follow the 200 Squat program. Here’s the progress so far

I’m finding it easier to keep doing these as I can do them at work (in the disabled toilet lol). I think they’re helping with my skateboarding (as pumping/carving round bowls is basically a series of squats).

I’m determined to actually start the press up/ sit up ones soon ……..
